A: The Activation email is sent immediately from CPSupport@BD.com. Gmail and some customer email systems may route our activation emails into your SPAM folder, or send you a daily digest of SPAM messages. There are several things you can do about this:

  • Please ask your IT department to allow emails from CPSupport@BD.com and LearningCompass@BD.com.
  • If you are using a personal email account, check your SPAM folder for emails from the two accounts mentioned.  Consider adding the emails to your contact list to “whitelist” them for your email service.
  • If you need help, send your first name, last name and the email address you used to register to LearningCompass@BD.com. We will research your case and see if we can manually activate your account.
